Join us for the first Host & Harvest that celebrates the arrival of spring with a menu designed to reflect the renewal of the season. Chef Nick Cox has created a multi-course dinner highlighting the ingredients and dishes that welcome spring to the table.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a progression of courses paired with wines selected to compliment the character of each dish.

Join us at the Hostetler for an evening of Italian Cuisine; an interactive cooking class led by Chef Nick Cox. This guided experience includes a signature Italian-inspired cocktail, appetizer, hands-on dinner course, dessert, and thoughtfully paired wine.

Come cook with Chef Nick at The Hostetler. This experience will revolve around “Layers of Flavor”.
Learn dishes and techniques to wow at your next dinner party by getting hands on instruction at this interactive dining event.
As a guest you will watch demonstrations as well as get in your own “chef mode” as you help prepare the meal with your own two hands.
This dinner will have multiple dishes and beverages that all work on the same “Layered” theme.
